In the
moment, i should to sharing with you about “it’s my last meal on earth and my reason
choosen it”. Okay, check it out please...
At first,
actually i have many meal that I would to eat. But from many meal that I would
to eat one of them i think more special prefer others. I’m always to sail along
the inlets since senior high school. So, i’m random go back to my house in my
village and random together with my family. I’m gathered with my family just
holiday school otherwise it is short time cause my time always to set by my new
family in the new place. The situation making me always miss the meal that
cooking by my mom. Especially the meal is “Bubur Pedas”.
Bubur pedas
is the traditional meal of Sambas, West Borneo province. It is making from
various wild’s vegetables just like red
edible fern, kelambu rangit’s leaves, leafy vegetable, singkel’s leaves,
turmeric’s leaves, greater galingale’s leaves, kesum’s leaves, etc.
Maybe you
all to ask “why ask choose it”...
Uhm, for
answer felt vexed you i will tell my reason. I choose Bubur Pedas as the last
meal on eart because it is sign togetherness. While my family making the Bubur
Pedas we always work together. My mother prepare it’s cooking spices, while me
and my father to find the vetables that needed, and my brother usually prepare
the need others just like prepare wood burner, chop up the vetable, sublimate
the spices etc. We are doing be happyly.
After
finished make it usually we invite my neighbor for eating together. I like this
situation. The situation could be tighten good relationship with my family with
others family.
